The only official version of the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary (USP–NF) Online is found at online.uspnf.com/uspnf and the only official version of the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) Online is found at www.foodchemicalscodex.org. Websites other than these official websites that claim to offer the content of the USP–NF or the FCC to viewers are committing copyright violations and are not authorized by USP. The content on those unauthorized websites is not validated, supported, or endorsed by USP, and may include incorrect or out-of-date information. Users should not use or rely on an unauthorized website for USP–NF or FCC content.
Material published in the USP–NF and the FCC is fully copyrighted by the USP. If you share or display USP content without USP’s consent, your license in such content will be subject to termination and USP may pursue additional legal action against you.
