Speaker Request Process 

If you would like to request a speaker from USP to present at your meeting please email ExecSec@usp.org with “Speaker Request” in the subject line and the following information: 

  • Your name and organization
  • The title, date, and location of the meeting for which you are requesting a speaker
  • The title of the presentation (attach agenda if available) 
  • The name of the speaker, if you have a specific one in mind
  • The intended length of the presentation
  • The target audience for the presentation
  • Any reimbursement or remuneration associated with the presentation
After making your request you will receive an acknowledgement email and further instructions. USP will consider the request and, if approved, work to find the appropriate speaker. If more information is needed USP may contact you for additional details. We hope to provide a final response within two weeks of the receipt of your request.
