The new harmonized standard for <430> Particle Size Analysis by Dynamic Light Scattering has been approved by the Pharmacopeial Discussion Group (PDG) as described in its PDG sign-off cover sheet. Having reached Stage 4 of the PDG process, the Particle Size Analysis by Dynamic Light Scattering general chapter has been formally approved by the General Chapters—Physical Analysis Expert Committee in accordance with the Rules and Procedures of the Council of Experts.
General Chapter <430> Particle Size Analysis by Dynamic Light Scattering will be incorporated into and become official with the USP-NF 2024 Issue 1 (May 1, 2024).
