Development of a Reference-Free Quantification Method Using qNMR and Chromatography (On-Demand)

Curriculum

Course Description
Many reference materials for target analytes are not commercially available. This causes a problem in the regulatory or health authority laboratories.

In this presentation, learn how a new chromatographic analysis technique was designed using relative molar sensitivity (RMS) and a HPLC designed reference instead of a certified reference material (CRM).

Using this technique any analyte can be quantified by chromatography without a CRM.

This on-demand recording is from USP’s qNMR Workshop, held November 17–19, 2020, and features a presentation by Dr. Naoki Sugimoto.
