So, it’s not surprising that consumers are becoming more interested in knowing where their food comes from, and that it’s made with safe, authentic, quality ingredients. In addition, regulators continue to focus on the health risks that stem from poor food integrity, and the food industry is seeking more and better ways to address the increasing complexity of the global supply chain. That’s why USP helps manufacturers ensure that the ingredients they produce, procure, and use are of sufficient purity and quality to be used in food products.
