USP Stakeholder Forums

Stakeholder Forums provide opportunities for interaction between USP and its constituent stakeholders, including pharmaceutical, excipient, food ingredient, and dietary supplement manufacturers. Although the scope and format of each Stakeholder Forum differs, they enable USP to understand stakeholder perspectives while offering stakeholders the opportunity to address, through advice and recommendations, compendial scientific and process topics. Participants represent organizations, industry, and service providers.

Stakeholder Forums meet on a regular basis, usually once or twice per year. A planning committee identifies topics and develops an agenda for each meeting. USP hosts Stakeholder Forums in North America as well as in countries around the world.
