Expert Panel Charge
The Spanish Translation Expert Panel (STEP) is responsible for the validity and equivalency of the scientific compendial content of USP–NF. STEP members are volunteer experts from industry, academia, and government from Spanish-speaking countries. They approve scientific terminology and ensure the neutrality of the scientific language so that it is understandable in all Spanish-speaking regions.
