Ken Alexander is Vice President, Global Corporate Legal Affairs, for USP. In this role, he serves as legal counsel to the organization's business and administrative groups. He provides legal advice and representation that protects USP’s financial well-being and reputation, and assists USP business leaders in evaluating the risks associated with completing transactions and other activities. This support includes providing legal advice and counsel to the international sites and subsidiaries in support of USP’s goals and objectives.
Mr. Alexander has been practicing law in the nonprofit arena for more than 20 years in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Before joining USP, Mr. Alexander worked in the legal department at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and of the Washington College of Law, American University.
