Program Support

U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Global Health primarily funds the USP DQI program through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Pharmacopeia to improve drug quality and information and promote the appropriate use of drugs in developing countries.

USP DQI also receives financial support from the following institutions:

Special American Business Internship Training (SABIT) program builds partnerships and provides technical assistance by training Eurasian business leaders in U.S. business practices by funding an annual six-month hands-on professional intern for USP DQI.
World Health Organization/Western Pacific Regional Office supports USP DQI in our mutual quest to achieve the highest attainable level of health for the people in that region.
