About the Matrix

Drug Quality Matrix  (404KB)—A synopsis of USP DQI's drug quality project that monitors trends of increasing availability of substandard and counterfeit drugs and reports them in a matrix, providing a tool to increase awareness about the gravity of the problem. The full matrix details, by country, instances published during the past five years that demonstrate the global extent of poor drug quality. The matrix is updated quarterly.
