In accordance with the Rules and Procedures of the 2010–2015 Council of Experts, the Monographs—Small Molecules 2 Expert Committee has revised the Verapamil Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets monograph. The purpose for this revision is to add Dissolution Test 6 for a recently approved generic drug product.
The Verapamil Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets Revision Bulletin supersedes the currently official monograph. This Revision Bulletin will be incorporated in the Second Supplement to USP 36–NF 31.
