Reason for Revision: Compliance
In accordance with the Rules and Procedures of the 2010-2015 Council of Experts, the Monographs—Small Molecules 4 Expert Committee has revised Ropinirole Hydrochloride monograph. The purpose for the revision is to revise the definition from “anhydrous basis” to “anhydrous and solvent free basis” to reflect products approved by the FDA.
This Ropinirole Hydrochloride Revision Bulletin supersedes the monograph published in USP 37–NF 32 that was scheduled to be official May 1, 2014. This Revision Bulletin will be incorporated in USP 38–NF 33.
