Erratum to Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream Revision Bulletin

This erratum corrects the statement that the Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream Revision Bulletin would be printed in USP 31–NF 26 Second Supplement. The monograph was not printed in this volume. The official text will be printed in USP 32–NF 27. The official date (November 30, 2007) and the original description of the monograph revisions on the original Revision Bulletin have not changed.
