Nominations Being Accepted for the USP 2013 Awards Program

The United States Pharmacopeial Convention is currently accepting nominations for the 2013 Awards and Recognition Program for USP Volunteers. These two annual awards, the USP Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Standards-setting Process and the Award for an Innovative Response to Public Health Challenges, recognize the remarkable contributions of our volunteers, who work to improve global health through public standards and related programs that help ensure the quality, safety, and benefit of medicines and foods. The deadline for submission of nominations is June 30, 2013.

Candidacy for both awards is open to all volunteer bodies affiliated with USP, including Expert Committees, Expert Panels, Stakeholder Forums, Project Teams, and the USP Council of Experts. Nominations will be reviewed for their adherence to criteria and judged by an Awards Selection Committee.
