USP Account Managers

USP account managers will provide free personalized service to support all aspects of your involvement with USP and help you build a lasting relationship with our organization.

A USP account manager assigned to manage your company's relationship with USP will visit with you to understand your goals and needs and address any concerns and issues that you may have. Your account manager will:

• Look for USP solutions to your problems.
• Help you plan your need for USP standards resources.
• Provide order management assistance.
• Connect you to the right USP scientific and technical staff who will answer your questions.
• Help your voice be heard within USP by supporting your involvement in monograph development and revision.
• Keep you informed about inventory status, new products, education courses, and other opportunities to benefit from USP's expertise in scientific standards.
