Website Support—How to Use the New USP Website

Visit the information and links below to learn about our website's features and how they can help you find what you need.

From any page, click on the top horizontal navigation to access primary sections and sub-sections of the website. These sections keep you informed of USP's core standards-setting activities, programs, events and products and services.
On the top left side, select your language preference from English, Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese. (Note: content availability may vary by language.)
On the top right side, you can:
- Log-in to the USP store, distributors area, COE portal, and USP's online publications and services. (Note: special permissions or subscription may be required to access these areas.)
- Search the entire site, or by press room or products area only.
- Access "Support" when you need contact information, how to purchase products, scientific and technical information, FAQs, and more.
- Find the Reference Standards you need through the "A to Z Reference Standards Index."
- At the bottom of each page, access the complete Site Map, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and links to USP Social Media.

Click on the links under the "Standards Update" tabs to view the lastest notices and information related to USP standards and their development.
Look under "Find Information for..." to locate information related to your specific area of work or interest.
View the "News" section for links to the latest press releases, articles, social media, and more.
From the homepage, you can also easily view the latest USP products and services, find out how you can get involved with USP, learn about upcoming events, and find out about the latest USP career opportunities.

On "Overview" pages for each section, the left sidebar will include "General Announcements" about news, events, and other information for that topic area.
On pages within a section, the left sidebar may include navigation buttons to sub-pages.

Optimize Browser Settings

In Internet Explorer browser window select Tools > Internet Options
Click General tab > Settings button
In Settings window under “Browsing History”, verify “Every visit to the page” is selected
Click Privacy tab > Sites button
Enter address of the page in question in “Address of Web Site” field
Click Allow button
Click OK
