Q. What are the browser requirements?

A. USP.org supports the use of Internet Explorer® (v.5.5 or later) or Mozilla.

Make sure your browser has the following options set:

  • Scripting (JavaScript) is enabled.
  • Style Sheets are enabled.
  • Cookies are set to "Accept All."

Q. How do I log in to view and/or comment on the monograph redesigns?

A. The first time you access the monograph redesign landing page, you will need to register. Simply click on the Register button to complete the registration page.

Once registered, you will only need to type in your registered email address and password and click the Login button. You will be taken to the monograph menu page, which lists all monographs available for comment.

Q. How do I register?

A. First-time users should click on the Register button, which will take you to a registration page. On the Registration page, you will need to provide the following information:

  • valid email address
  • password (6-12 alphanumeric characters)
  • first and last name
  • organization name

All other information fields are voluntary. Click on Register to submit the form. After submission, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on accessing the application.

Q. What is the criterion for choosing a password?

A. The password must be 6-12 alphanumeric characters (no spaces). Your password is case-sensitive.

Q. What do I do if I forget or wish to change my password?

A. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link on the Login page. Your password will be emailed to you. For other login problems, contact USP Technical Support at or call (800) 227-8772, ext. 8291.

Q. What if I need to modify the information I provided when originally registering?

Q. I'm still having problems logging into the application, what should I do?

A. The following are a few tips that may help you resolve your login issue:

  • Make sure that you have registered to use the application. If you have registered, you will have received a registration confirmation email that contains your username and password.
  • When logging on for the first time, be sure to use the activation link provided in your registration confirmation email.
