USP Public Statement on Completion of Evaluations of Recall of USP 33–NF 28—Following the recall of USP 33–NF 28 last January, several evaluations were conducted to understand the factors leading to the failure of the monograph redesign project and the need to recall the publication. USP has released a public statement that summarizes the findings from those evaluations and the corrective and preventative actions now being taken to ensure the quality of the publication as USP completes the monograph redesign project.
