USP Annual Scientific Meeting 2008 Registration Information

Registration Options
Register online or by mail using the Attendee Registration Form  (29KB), which can be mailed to U.S. Pharmacopeia, c/o Annual Scientific Meeting (VOA), 12601 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852.

Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is September 12, 2008. After this date, registrations will be accepted only on–site at the USP Annual Scientific Meeting. On–site registration will be accepted on a space–available basis only. (Call the USP Meeting Hotline at 301–816–8134 after September 12 to make sure space is still available.)

Group Registrations
USP will offer a reduced registration rate of $1,300 per person through September 12, 2008, for associations/companies/industry organizations that register three (3) or more employees for the entire Annual Scientific Meeting. In order to receive the discounted rate, the group must call the meetings hotline at 301–816–8134 to receive a group code before registering. One–day–only registrations will not be considered for group registration discounts.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions
Cancellation of registration for the Annual Scientific Meeting must be made in writing to U.S. Pharmacopeia, c/o Annual Scientific Meeting (VOA), 12601 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852, or by fax to 301–816–8599.

If written cancellation is received on or before August 29, 2008, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $250 administrative fee. Written cancellations received after August 29, 2008, will not be refunded. Registrants who do not attend the meeting (and have not sent written cancellation by the deadline) will forfeit the entire registration fee.

Registrations are transferable to another company representative at any time. Notification must be sent to USP in writing via email to conferences@usp.org or fax to 301–816–8599.

The registration fee covers the program, meeting materials, breakfast and lunch daily, and all meeting social activities for September 24–26. Full payment must accompany each registration form before it will be processed. Please make all checks payable to USP.
