MeetingsUSP CalendarCheck the dates of all USP Pharmacopeial Education programs, events and meetings, and USP's participation in outside events and tradeshows. Various groups of USP's volunteer stakeholders meet regularly to discuss and decide on specific issues relating to USP's scientific policy and activities. USP periodically conducts public meetings to invite the views and perspectives of all interested parties on topics of current interest. Check the USP Calendar for any upcoming meetings. International Science & Standards SymposiumsUSP holds Science & Standards Symposiums (formerly called Annual Scientific Meetings) in India, China, Latin America and the Middle East. A list of upcoming and recent meetings is available. Stakeholder Forums and Project TeamsStakeholder Forums provide the opportunity to contribute, through advice and recommendations, to the resolution of USP's scientific, policy, and process topics. WorkshopsUSP's workshop series addresses key public health issues related to medicine and food ingredient quality. Workshops are open meetings, with the goal of fostering constructive scientific dialogue that will lead to stronger public standards for medicines and food ingredients used around the world. USP ConventionThe USP Convention is held once every five years. It provides a decision-making forum where USP's members elect its scientific leadership and define organizational focus and priorities for the next five years. USP at Conferences and TradeshowsUSP participates in many U.S. and international conferences, exhibits, and tradeshows in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, dietary supplement, and global health arenas. These events present an opportunity for customers and stakeholders to meet USP staff and get information on USP's products and programs.
