Food Fraud Mitigation Hands-on Workshop
Reducing the risk of food fraud helps protect your brand and instill consumer confidence. Food Fraud Mitigation programs support compliance with the FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) Preventive Control rules and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) requirements.
GMA Science and Education Foundation and USP (United States Pharmacopeia) are co-sponsoring this all-day workshop on March 9, 2017designed to give Quality, Regulatory and Food Safety Professionals experience with four tools available for Food Fraud Mitigation: Food Fraud Database, Food Fraud Mitigation Guidance, EMAlert and the SSAFE tool. The workshop will be delivered by the experts who own the tools. Attendees will become familiar with strategies for reducing the risk of food fraud and strengthening their supply chain through hands on examples using all four tools.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellation must be received on or before February 15, 2017 (21 days prior to the event) via email to firstname.lastname@example.org Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this date. There is a $50.00 processing fee on all cancellations; however, it is permissible to send a substitute registrant from your same organization. Substitutions must be submitted in writing via email to email@example.com
Invitation Letters for Visas
USP cannot provide an invitation letter to potential workshop attendees; however, once you are registered, USP will provide a registration confirmation that may be utilized to obtain a visa.
