Writing Specifications for Dietary Ingredients and Dietary Supplements Using Public Standards

The new GMPs for dietary supplements created the need in the dietary supplement industry to have written specifications for incoming raw materials, in process materials and outgoing finished goods. In addition, at the time of acquiring either raw materials or finished goods, there is a need to prepare and submit requests for proposals to suppliers. This On-Demand webinar will demonstrate how to prepare specifications using public standards such as the USP-NF, FCC, AOAC Codex Alimentarius, JECFA and other authorized sources of public standards.
