USP follows the Federal Government (http://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-procedures/current-status/) policies regarding inclement weather.

 If the Federal Government is:

A.) Exercising Liberal Leave: USP will open on time and the course will begin on time.

B.) Exercising Delayed Opening:  USP will open on a delayed opening to mirror the federal government and the course will have the same delayed start. This means that if the federal government will open two hours late, the course will begin at 11:00 a.m. (instead of the original 9:00 a.m.) and the time will be added to the end of the course (so it would end at 7:00 p.m. on Monday or 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday).

C.) Exercising Closure:  USP will be closed. USP will try to reschedule the course for a later date or will refund you your registration fee.
