Advancing Quality in Regulatory Science—Insights on Standards Development from ChP and USP

The United States Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) and the Chinese Pharmacopoeial Commission (ChP) proudly present a joint workshop to discuss current trends and hot topics in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 10th Edition, which became effective December 1st, 2015, and latest scientific and compendial perspectives from USP. The event is co-sponsored by the China Pharmaceutical Association of Plant Engineering (CPAPE).

Learn about the missions, scopes, goals, and future directions of USP and ChP from organizational leaders—including Chinese Pharmacopoeial Commission Secretary General Wei Zhang and USP CEO Ron Piervincenzi.

This joint workshop presents a key opportunity to learn about the latest trends and priorities for both pharmacopoeias, to network, and to exchange ideas.

Registration is payable by credit card only. Registration fee includes the one-day program, meeting materials, coffee/snack breaks and lunch. Registration fees for this workshop have been set as follows:

  • Industry Price (China): ¥3,500.00

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation must be received on or before October 1, 2016 via email to conferences@usp.org. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this date. There is a $50.00 (or ¥350.00) processing fee on all cancellations; however, it is permissible to send a substitute registrant from your same organization. Substitutions must be submitted in writing via email to conferences@usp.org.

Invitation Letters for Visas

USP cannot provide an invitation letter to potential workshop attendees; however, once you are registered, USP will provide a registration confirmation that may be utilized to obtain a visa. For further information on obtaining a visa, please contact:
