Registration and Payment Policy

  • To register online, click on the desired course
  • Select the 'enroll' option and follow instructions to register and pay online with CC or Purchase order ('enroll' option will not appear if the course is not available) or
  • To mail or fax your CC or Purchase order, select the "Form" option next to the "Register" button following each course descriptions, print and complete the form.

Transfers

All registration transfer requests must be submitted in writing to USP Customer Service at .
Registration transfers will be honored up to the day of the program and will be honored onsite if the request is provided on company letterhead with the names and titles of both the original registrant and the replacement registrant.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel a workshop will be made no later than 6 am the morning of the program. An attempt will be made to contact all registrants via phone or email. Every effort will be made to schedule registrants of a cancelled course in the next offering of the course on the schedule. Registration fees will be credited towards a future course offering. Registrants of a cancelled course may also request a full refund of their registration fee.

Low Enrollment

In the event of enrollment below the minimum for a program, a cancellation determination will be made no closer than three weeks before the scheduled offering of the course. Every effort will be made to schedule registrants of a cancelled course in the next offering of the course on the schedule. If the decision to cancel a program due to low enrollment occurs, registration fees will be credited towards a future course offering. Registrants of a cancelled course may also request a full refund of their registration fee.
