TransfersAll registration transfer requests must be submitted in writing to USP Customer Service at . Inclement WeatherIn the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel a workshop will be made no later than 6 am the morning of the program. An attempt will be made to contact all registrants via phone or email. Every effort will be made to schedule registrants of a cancelled course in the next offering of the course on the schedule. Registration fees will be credited towards a future course offering. Registrants of a cancelled course may also request a full refund of their registration fee. Low EnrollmentIn the event of enrollment below the minimum for a program, a cancellation determination will be made no closer than three weeks before the scheduled offering of the course. Every effort will be made to schedule registrants of a cancelled course in the next offering of the course on the schedule. If the decision to cancel a program due to low enrollment occurs, registration fees will be credited towards a future course offering. Registrants of a cancelled course may also request a full refund of their registration fee. |
