The course covers definitions of mechanisms, discussion of the relationship of polarity and separation mechanisms and molecular weight and separation mechanisms, controlling factors, and the opportunity to perform data calculations. System suitability is included as well equipment features and selection. Additionally, emphasis is placed on practical considerations, such as cGMP compliance, and trouble-shooting options are addressed within the context of the USP-NF.
