Revisions

Revisions to dietary supplement standards are published in the USP–NF, DSC, and FCC compendia and their respective Supplements. Revisions supersede any previously published content.

Commentary

Revision proposals published in the PF and FCC Forums often elicit public comments that are forwarded to the Dietary Supplements Expert Committee for review and response. Following the Rules and Procedures of the Council of Experts, revision proposals can advance to publication with minor modifications, as needed, without requiring further public review.

Errata

These are erroneously published items that do not accurately reflect the intended effective requirements as approved by the Council of Experts. Errata are typically minor changes that are fairly obvious and do not have a broad impact. Errata are not subject to notice and comment. Page number indicates where the erroneous item is found and in which effective publication. These lists will be updated periodically as necessary.
