Dear USP Convention Members and Delegates:

USP Constitution & Bylaws Webposted for Comment — The Draft Amended and Restated Bylaws proposed by the Constitution and Bylaws (C&B) Committee has been posted to the USP member page. Accompanying the draft are a series of explanatory documents, including a summary of changes and glossary. The C&B Committee encourages Member organization and/or delegate feedback on the proposed amendments to these governance documents (only one submission per organization, please). may be submitted to the C&B Committee through April 27, 2009. The C&B Committee will conduct its fourth on the proposed changes on March 19, 2009 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST. We appreciate your thoughtful consideration of the Draft Amended and Restated Bylaws and look forward to receiving your comments.
