Awards and Recognition Program for USP Expert Volunteers

The United States Pharmacopeial Convention's Awards and Recognition Program recognizes the remarkable contributions of Expert Volunteers whose work "improve the health of people around the world through public standards and related programs that help ensure the quality, safety and benefit of medicines and foods."

For the purpose of these awards, a volunteer body is defined as the USP Council of Experts, an Expert Committee, an Advisory Panel, a Stakeholder Forum, or a Project Team, each of which comprises independent members contributing to a standards–related topic. Candidacy is open to all volunteer bodies that are affiliated with USP operating anywhere in the world.
