Constitution & Bylaws Committee

On October 14, 2008, USP President, Rene H. Bravo, M.D., appointed a Constitution & Bylaws (C&B) Committee and charged it to undertake a comprehensive review of the current USP Constitution and Bylaws and, working with USP staff, to propose any amendments or changes to the documents deemed necessary to update and/or improve their usefulness to the organization. The C&B Committee conducted its review and developed an initial draft document for member consideration and feedback. It is considering member feedback as it develops its final proposal. The resulting Amended and Restated Bylaws will be reviewed by the USP Board and presented to the Membership for discussion and vote at the 2010 Convention membership meeting.
