Vision Plan

Vision benefits are offered through VSP and combines in-network and out-of-network coverage in one plan.

Features of this plan include: the ability to choose from a wide variety of participating independent and retail chain providers; a vision exam every 12 months, and up to 20% savings on laser vision correction.

The bi-weekly premium is as follows:

Employee Only	$1.51
Employee + 1	$2.31
Employee + 2 or more	$4.14
