Tuition ReimbursementUSP pays up to $10,000 per calendar year for eligible reimbursement to include tuition, books, and course registration fees for undergraduate and/or graduate courses at an accredited college or university. Employees are required to earn a "B" or better in graduate level courses and a 'C" or better in undergraduate courses. The course(s) must improve effectiveness in the employees current role or prepare the employee for future USP opportunities. |
