USP 33–NF 28 Reissue

With this second notice (following the first notice that was last updated on January 26, 2010) the United States Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) provides information about the reissuance of the United States Pharmacopeia 33–National Formulary 28 (USP 33–NF 28) following its recall on January 8, 2010.

The complete official publication, USP 33–NF 28 Reissue, is composed of

    • USP 32–NF 27 and its Supplements
    • USP 33–NF 28 Reissue New and Revised Official Text Since the Second Supplement to USP 32–NF 27
    • First Supplement to the USP 33–NF 28 Reissue
    • Second Supplement to the USP 33–NF 28 Reissue

Customers who purchased or received USP 33–NF 28 will automatically receive a replacement product from USP when it becomes available in April 2010. The following chart details the
