In accordance with section 9.05(c) of the Rules and Procedures of the 2005-2010 Council of Experts, the Monograph Development—Pulmonary and Steroids Expert Committee (MDPS) has revised the Propofol Injectable Emulsion Monograph pH specification from "between 7.0 and 8.5" to read "between 4.5 and 8.5."

The Propofol Injectable Emulsion Revision Bulletin text supersedes the currently official monograph and will be incorporated into the USP 33-NF 28 Reissue.
