In accordance with the Rules and Procedures of the 2005-2010 Council of Experts, the MD-Ophthalmology, Oncology, and Dermatology Expert Committee has revised Pilocarpine Hydrochloride Tablets Monograph Related compounds test by adding Pilocarpic acid as a specified impurity at limit of 0.5%.

The Pilocarpine Hydrochloride Tablets Monograph Revision Bulletin supersedes the currently official monograph and will be incorporated into the First Supplement to the USP 33-NF 28 Reissue.
