First Supplement to USP31-NF26 includes an incorrect General Chapter: <1> Injections.

The electronic publications of First Supplement to USP31-NF26 contain a previous version of <1> Injections. This has been corrected in the online publications of First Supplement to USP31-NF26 (official August 1, 2008) and will be correct in the Second Supplement to USP31-NF26 (official December 1, 2008). The print version was not affected and is correct. The missing text is reproduced here for the convenience of our CD publication subscribers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
