Error in Revision Bulletin Dates in USP 32–NF 27

USP recently discovered that the USP 32–NF 27 products contain an incorrect official date related to the Revision Bulletin content in Chapter <381> Elastomeric Closures for Injections. This is a Revision Bulletin that was posted in August with the official date of 1–May–2009. An incorrect official date appears in USP 32–NF 27 as "1–May–2008". It should be "1–May–2009".

This error occurred in the print, online, and CD products. The print will be corrected through the Errata process. The online version has been corrected and the product has been posted. The CDs will be corrected and mailed to customers.
