Acetazolamide Oral Suspension MonographFebruary 6, 2008Official May 1, 2008 Due to an oversight, the Acetazolamide Oral Suspension Compounding Monograph was omitted from USP 31–NF 26. USP, therefore, is forwarding this monograph through the Revision Bulletin process to align it with the 25 other compounding monographs that were approved by the Compounding Pharmacy Expert Committee in June 2007. This Revision Bulletin, therefore, is official as of May 1, 2008. Official text also will appear in the Second Supplement to USP 31–NF 26.
