USP 33-NF 28 Errata

Beginning December 1, 2009, USP will post errata on a monthly basis in order to more quickly correct errors identified in redesigned monographs appearing in USP 33-NF 28. Errata are posted by the beginning of each month and are official as of their respective posting date.

In addition, USP has posted errata to the USP 33-NF 28 book and online versions to correct redesign errors that were discovered after publication of the book and prior to November 1, 2009. The errata are official May 1, 2010, in alignment with the official date of USP 33-NF 28.
